Product Description

The automatic soap dispenser stands 9" tall and measures 3.6" wide, accommodating up to 17 oz of liquid soap. It features a 2-pin magnetic charging port, ensuring improved water resistance. To charge the device, you'll need to use the customized charging cable provided, as a USB adapter is not included.

This dispenser is compatible with any type of liquid soap, but it is not recommended for use with foaming soaps. On a full charge, the device can operate for approximately 30 days, depending on the frequency of daily use.

If your new soap dispenser isn't functioning correctly, there are a few troubleshooting steps to try. First, ensure you're using a 5-volt adapter to charge it properly, then press and hold the setting button for 2 seconds to turn it on. Refer to the instruction manual for more detailed troubleshooting guidance.

Occasionally, the dispenser may experience a blockage, resulting in insufficient soap output. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Empty the bottle and add some warm, clean water.
2. Turn on the dispenser and set it to the maximum level (Level 5).
3. Activate the sensor to dispense the water until it comes out.
4. Repeat the previous step to allow the water to flush the internal tube.
5. Finally, add your preferred liquid soap and set the dispenser for regular use.
