Regarding the charging process, make sure to charge the dispenser for 2-3 hours until it's fully charged. When charging, the indicator light will turn red, and it will switch to white once the charge is complete. If the indicator doesn't light up, try using a different cable.

After charging, remove the cable and press the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn the dispenser on. It won't turn on with a single click or multiple clicks.
