This soap dispenser is rechargeable, featuring a built-in 800mAh battery, eliminating the need to replace batteries. When the battery is low, the motor may not function, even if the sensor can still detect movement. If the motor noise is low or absent, please charge the soap dispenser first. Ensure a full charge by leaving it to charge for 2-3 hours. The indicator light will turn red during charging and white once the dispenser is fully charged. If the indicator light does not illuminate, try charging with a different cable.

After charging, remove the cable and press the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn the dispenser on. A single click or multiple clicks will not activate the device.

You can use both foam soap and liquid soap with this dispenser. For liquid soap, dilute it with four parts water to achieve a perfect foam.
