For optimal performance, please use 1.5V AA batteries in our soap dispenser. Failure to do so may result in it not working.

Dos and Don'ts: - DO dilute gel/liquid hand soap with water in a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio before filling the reservoir. Undiluted soap won't produce the desired foam. - DO remove the battery if the dispenser won't be used for an extended period to prevent moisture and liquid leakage. - DO take out the hand soap and rinse the dispenser for 10-20 seconds to avoid blockages caused by dried soap. - DON'T immerse the dispenser in water or rinse it, as this may cause a short circuit. - DON'T tilt the tank when installing or replacing hand soap. - DON'T use non-foaming hand soap, as it won't work with the dispenser. - DON'T invert the dispenser. - DON'T block the foam outlet with your hand.

Soap reservoir doesn't snap into the dispenser: Apply a little pressure until you hear a click, and the reservoir will fit securely. 4. Lost parts or broken components: Contact the seller for assistance. 5. Indicator lights up, but no foam: Use a squeeze bottle or syringe to flush water through the tube until it flows normally.
